To Submit Volunteer Hours:

Volunteer tutors are asked to submit a monthly report, using the PDF or Microsoft Word calendar form, summarizing the hours they spent tutoring and preparing for their tutoring sessions.

Many of our funders require us to report the amount of instructional time we are providing to adult learners. Also, we use the hours reports to schedule student assessments and to track student goals. We appreciate your contribution to keeping information about our instructional program accurate and up to date.

Please submit your report of the previous month's hours by the 5th day of each month.

The hours summary should include:

your name
the student's first and last name
are you an ABE, ESL, or Math tutor? (ABE= Adult Basic Education, meaning basic literacy)
the month and year being reported
the total number of hours you spent tutoring/volunteering
the total number of hours you spent preparing

You may write your own summary or enter the information on the hours calendar form (available in Microsoft Word and as a printable PDF form).
